Teaching is the profession that teaches all the other professions. ~ Author Unknown

My goal is to reveal one teacher's humble journey of self-reflection, critical analysis, and endless questioning about my craft of teaching and learning alongside my middle school students.

A Short Film You May Enjoy About India!

I will never forget the summer I spent teaching in a one-room schoolhouse in the Himalayas in India in 2006. It truly was an unforgettable experience, and I would go back there in a heartbeat.

A former peer of mine recently passed along a wonderful short film I thought you all might enjoy about the Narmada River Valley in India. It is the site of a decades old movement against the massive social and environmental impacts of large dam projects on the river. Enjoy!
