My goal is to reveal one teacher's humble journey of self-reflection, critical analysis, and endless questioning about my craft of teaching and learning alongside my middle school students.

Opportunities at iDiscoveri in India!

Check out the awesome teaching opportunities available in India. Great for someone itching to live abroad and have an incredible experience working with kids in the process!

I am writing to share some exciting openings at iDiscoveri. 3 T440-ers (from a class I took at Harvard) are part of our senior team, and we've had a few others do short projects with us. We've also had TFA-alum doing longer-term assignments.

Do go through the write-up below, and write in if you would be interested. Would also be grateful if you could spread the word amongst your other educator networks as well.

Thanks a lot!

Opportunities at India’s most exciting social enterprise

If you are a school education specialist who is excited about the prospect of moving to India to work alongside a passionate team on a scalable educational innovation that can impact the learning of 1 million children then you should read on..

A social enterprise with a mission to renew the quality of school education in India and beyond, iDiscoveri today reaches over quarter of a million children in more than 800 schools through its path-breaking innovation, XSEED. While there is a lot of talk around school reform in the developing world, XSEED is among the very few models that have gone to scale, demonstrated impact in the last-mile inside the classroom and used an entrepreneurial business model.

XSEED integrates structured curriculum, professional development and ongoing assessment into a practical toolkit for teachers, which when implemented, enables children to learn every concept through experimentation, questioning and application. Implemented in a diverse set of schools from elite metro schools, to schools for first-generation learners in small towns, the program has shown visible impact on teaching quality and learning outcomes.

We are looking for top-class international talent to staff the following positions. 1, 2 and 3 are based out of our headquarters in Gurgaon (a suburb of New Delhi). 4 will be placed in XSEED schools across the country.
